PAYMENT METHODS
Bicocca Outlet provides the following payment methods to order in the site:
PAYPAL
It can pay for your order using your PayPal account.
Once selected as a payment method, after completion of the order, it will open the PayPal login page from where you can access your account and make the payment.
CREDIT CARD
We accept credit cards:
- Visa
- Mastercard
- Diners
- JCB
The transaction’s data are transmitted directly to the bank’s server using an encrypted form, according to the security protocol SSL (Secure Socket Layer). The bank guarantees the treatment and safe of data according to banking rules and regulations. Outlet Bicocca is never aware of credit card data from the client, the transaction is secure, anonymous and user data are transmitted directly to the bank.
The amount will be charged at the time of payment, while the order is processed the next day. This is due to the technical time required by the bank to communicate the result of the transaction.
If an order is made on 1/10, the payment is debited immediately. The bank transmits the transaction’s result at 00.00 of 2/10 and the order is shipped in the same day.
We do not accept credit card payments for orders over 1.500,00 €
BANK TRANSFER
You can pay your order by bank transfer. Once you have selected bank transfer as payment method, you will need to make the bank transfer, (see details below).
As soon as Outlet Bicocca receives the visibility of the payment will send the items ordered.
Usually the bank’s visibility takes 3 -4 days from the moment you make the money transfer. Once verified payment’s visibility, Outlet Bicocca will take 2 -3 days to ship the order.
If the bank transfer payment’s visibility is not received within 10 working days from the day of purchase, the order will be considered automatically cancelled.

Insert in the bank transfer the order number issued at the time of purchase, the customer’s name and surname.
CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)
You can pay for your order using cash on delivery. Once you finish the online purchase, the order will be sent directly to the address indicated and it will be paid directly to the courier on delivery.
The courier can only accept cash payments. Cheques are not accepted.
We do not accept cash on delivery for orders over 500,00 €
PAYMENT IN THE SHOP (Pick&Pay)
You can pay your order directly in the Outlet Bicocca store, picking the products ordered in shop. The customer will have 24 hours of time to get Outlet Bicocca store and pick the orders.
If the order is not picked by 24 hours from the online purchase, the order will be considered automatically cancelled.
