RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Return the goods on Outlet Bicocca is QUICK and EASY.
Within 14 days from date of purchase, every customer has the right to change his mind on the order placed, returning items purchased to get the refund of the amount paid, or requiring the replacement of an order.
To make possible the return of the goods is absolutely necessary not remove both the tag and seal placed on purchased items, considered part of the product. It is also necessary to handle the product carefully so that it is not damaged.
To carry out the procedure for returning goods to follow these steps:
- Send an email to info@outletbicocca.com with the order number reference given at the time of purchase, name and the reason for which you want to return your order or require the replacement of the product.
- Prepare the package using the same packaging provided when the order was received.
- Send the package by courier to the following address:

The return shipping for orders delivered in Italy and abroad is charge to the customer.
As soon as Outlet Bicocca receives the goods, it checks the integrity of the products received, on the base on the parameters written previously. Outlet Bicocca reserves the right to not accept returns communicated or returned after 14 days from the purchase date, or damaged items returned in conditions different from how they were received.
Outlet Bicocca will notify the return’s acceptance by email within 15 days from when it has received the goods. After this communication Outlet Bicocca will return the money paid to the customer for the purchase.
The refund depends on the chosen payment method at the time of the purchase:
- Credit card: it will be done a charge back of the amount paid on the same credit card used to complete the order
- Money trasfert or COD: the customer will be asked to provide the bank references to credit him the amount paid for the order.
In case of a product replacement, Outlet Bicocca will send the customer the requested product. Outlet Bicocca will be charge for the shipping costs.
