RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
All the authorized returned items will be inspected by sole OUTLET BICOCCA's discretion and must meet all the requests found in the return policy. OUTLETBICOCCA.COM reserves the right to decide the re-stocking charges according to the returned items' status.
If the authorized returned items clear the inspections, the Client will receive a confirmation of the
return by info@outletbicocca.com
If the Client needs a size exchange or a new item this one will be shipped free of charge.
If the Client needs a reimbursement, this reimbursement less the original shipment expenses (and the re-stocking ones) will be credited on the Client's account within two billing cycles. Billing cycles may be different from Credit Card to Credit Card.
OUTLETBICOCCA.COM reserves theright to refuse unauthorized returned merchandise.
OUTLETBICOCCA.COM will not accept items that have been worn, washed or altered in any case.
OUTLETBICOCCA.COM reserves the right to inspect the returned items and assess the restocking charges according to the status of the returned items.
RETURN OF THE MERCHANDISE
If, for any case, Clients should not be satisfied with their order, the items that have not been worn can be returned within ten days from delivery. The Clients must follow the official rules about the return of merchandise decided by OUTLETBICOCCA.COM:

- WRITTEN AUTHORIZATION REQUEST: Clients have to contact info@outletbicocca.com with a written authorization request for the items within ten days from delivery. The written request must include the item(s) code and the refund for return: reimbusement, size exchange, colour or item exchange.
- CONFIRMATORY EMAIL INCLUDING THE NUMBER OF THE AUTHORIZED RETURN:
once the written request is received, info@outletbicocca.com will send a written confirm to the Client including THE NUMBER OF THE AUTHORIZED RETURN. The Clients must write this number outside the package containing the merchandise.
- ORIGINAL CONDITIONS: the returned items must be in the same conditions in which they
were sent. They must be packaged in an orderly way too.
- 14 DAYS: the items which have not been worn must reach OUTLET BICOCCA within 14 days after the written confirm by info@outletbicocca.com
- SHIPMENT COSTS FOR RETURNED ITEMS: the Client is the sole responsible for the shipment of the returned items and for the eventual import taxes.
- DEFECTED MERCHANDISE: in case of defected items or in the event of an order error by OUTLETBICOCCA.COM, the Clients must follow these instructions.OUTLETBICOCCA.COM reserves the right to ask for photographic evidence for defective merchandise before approving the return and all the costs regarding the shipment. OUTLETBICOCCA.COM will ship Clients the correct items without any other expenses and will reimburse the one incured.
OUTLETBICOCCA.COM reserves the right to refuse the return of unauthorized merchandise.
